Our Role as Your Travel Advisor
HOLIDAYTIME TOURISM REAL ESTATE COMPUTER ADVERTISING AUTOMOTIVE IMPORT EXPORT TRADE LIMITED COMPANY (referred to hereinafter as “holidaytime4u.com”), including its parent company, subsidiaries, and travel agencies (“holidaytime4u.com,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”), acts as an intermediary between travelers (“You,” “Your,” “Traveler”) and independent travel vendors (“Vendors”) in accepting reservations or bookings for products or services related to travel, including but not limited to air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, and sea journeys, which are either sold by Us or provided by the Vendors.
You agree to abide by the reservation terms or conditions applied by the Vendor(s) you choose to contract with. We have no control over the actions of these Vendors, and therefore, We shall not be responsible for the actions, breaches of contract, non-compliance with any law, or intentional or negligent acts or omissions of these Vendors or their subcontractors, which may result in any loss, damage, delay, discomfort, or injury to You or any member of Your party.
For tours organized and operated by holidaytime4u.com, We act solely as an agent in all matters relating to advertised hotel accommodations, villa rentals, transportation, holiday activities, excursions, and all other tour arrangements. Therefore, holidaytime4u.com shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property, however caused, arising from substitutions of hotels or suppliers, with or without notice, or from any additional expenses resulting from such substitutions. We reserve the right to modify travel itineraries and change features for the best available alternatives. The complete responsibility and conditions for tours will be specified in passenger documents issued before departure.
holidaytime4u.com reserves the right to decline or retain any person as a member of any tour and to cancel or change a tour if operational necessity requires. holidaytime4u.co.uk shall not be liable to compensate any passenger who is removed from a tour for any reason.
In addition, and not limited to the above, holidaytime4u.com has no special knowledge about the financial condition of Vendors, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or extreme climatic conditions at places You may travel to. For information on possible dangers at destinations, We recommend contacting the Travel Warnings Section of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Foreign Affairs at +90(312)292-2929 or www.mfa.gov.tr. For medical information, We recommend contacting the Disease Control Centers at at +90 444 77 34 or https://www.seyahatsagligi.gov.tr/. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements, as well as all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, labor or civil unrest, at your destination(s). By this paragraph, You release holidaytime4u.com from all claims arising from any problem covered in this paragraph and all other claims that may arise within thirty (30) days after Your return.
Furthermore, and not limited to the above, You understand and acknowledge that holidaytime4u.com shall not be held directly or indirectly responsible for any act or omission of any Airlines, cruise companies, other transportation companies, hotels, car rental companies, ground operators, shipping companies, or any other suppliers or third parties, nor for any delay, cancellation, or change in itinerary due to weather conditions, strikes, terrorism, acts of nature, mechanical breakdowns, diseases/pandemics, or any other cause beyond Our control. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, mechanical breakdowns, Your medical or physical condition, or Your failure to obtain the required documents or comply with travel instructions. Additionally, We shall not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from physical or emotional injury to You or Your property or any other economic damages resulting from any incident related to travel.
COVID-19 Disclaimer: Due to the ongoing global COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic and other currently unforeseeable reasons, You acknowledge and accept that Your travel plans may be interrupted or canceled by Suppliers or third parties who do not have control over the actions of holidaytime4u.com, a government entity, or any other party. Additionally, You agree that the Vendor’s own cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies will determine Your rights and remedies, including the right to receive a refund, subject to any applicable law now or in the future. If You choose to purchase travel insurance, You understand that the terms of the policy will determine whether coverage is available and to what extent for any financial loss resulting from the interruption or cancellation of Your travel plans. You hereby waive and release fethiyeinfo.com from any and all claims arising from any such issues and all claims for any thirty (30) days after Your return from travel.
Travel Payments
The fees, rates, charges, programs, and other aspects of services provided by Vendors are subject to change after completion of Your purchase, with or without notice. Prices are based on costs and GBP Pound sterling exchange rates at the time of publication. If costs or exchange rates change, an additional fee may apply to the price of Your vacation. By making a purchase, You acknowledge and declare that for air tickets and tours inclusive of airfare (a tour or cruise package including an air ticket sold by a Vendor), prices may increase before You make full payment, but prices will not increase beyond the cost of increased taxes or fees imposed by the government after You make full payment. You agree to this price increase policy and authorize holidaytime4u.co.uk to charge such additional amounts to Your credit card.
Additional fuel surcharges may be levied by a tour operator or cruise line at any time, including up to departure time and including at departure time. When these charges are announced, You understand that You are responsible for additional fees and that they may be required to present travel documents. Documents will not be available until full payment has been received and all passenger (matching legal names to identification) and travel plan details have been verified. We will make every effort to notify You when a Vendor provides advance notice. In the event of a Vendor’s bankruptcy, there is no obligation to provide service or make a refund. Your travel payments are remitted to individual Vendors and therefore, We cannot issue refunds.
Protect Your Investment – Purchase Travel Insurance
You acknowledge that You have been advised of the possibility of penalties being applied for changes or cancellations of purchases and that travel insurance has been offered for this trip, which will protect You in case of a need for medical care during Your trip or a cancellation of Your trip for covered reasons. We strongly recommend travel protection insurance that will protect You in case of the need for medical care during Your trip or a cancellation of Your trip for covered reasons. As Your personal insurance may not provide sufficient coverage, We strongly recommend considering purchasing travel insurance. You understand that the terms of such policy will determine whether coverage is available for any financial loss You may incur due to interruptions or cancellations of Your travel plans. By purchasing a travel protection plan, You acknowledge and declare that You accept the terms of the policy and authorize holidaytime4u.com to charge Your credit card for such additional amounts.
By purchasing from Us, You acknowledge and declare that You fully understand and agree to the travel arrangements, terms and conditions, and the service and conditions received for all parties traveling on
holidaytime4u.com is a company website that serves as an intermediary connecting buyers and sellers. holidaytime4u.com is in no way responsible for any defects or errors in the services provided or the services themselves, and cannot be held liable. The responsibility lies entirely with the direct service provider. Taking all necessary precautions, fulfilling insurance and similar obligations related to the service is the responsibility of the direct service provider (such as hotels, rental car companies, tour companies, activity providers, and similar service providers). Anyone making a reservation through the holidaytime4u.com website is considered to have accepted these terms.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS
The cancellation and refund conditions are as follows:
1.a- Participants must inform the agency in writing and with documented evidence of the reasons for cancellation of the service, accommodation, tour, cruise, ferry journey, day activities, or any similar organization at least 30 days prior to its commencement. In such cases, a refund of 100% of the remaining amount, after deducting reservation-related payments, bank charges, fees, taxes, and non-refundable third-party payments, will be made within 15 days.
1.b- Participants must inform the agency in writing and with documented evidence of the reasons for cancellation of the service, accommodation, tour, cruise, ferry journey, day activities, or any similar organization at least 21 days prior to its commencement. In such cases, a refund of 70% of the remaining amount, after deducting reservation-related payments, bank charges, fees, taxes, and non-refundable third-party payments, will be made within 15 days.
1.c- If the service is cancelled with less than 14 days remaining until its commencement, no refund will be provided. Participants who have purchased cancellation refund insurance (in accordance with 1, 1.a, 1.b, and 1.c) will be exempt from these provisions. In such cases, the terms and conditions set by the insurance company will apply.
2- The service provider reserves the right to make additions or exclusions to the program and other services without prior notice. In such cases, the participant does not have the right to cancel or claim compensation.
3- In case of natural disasters, wars, and similar extraordinary force majeure events that prevent the service or organization from being carried out at any time, the participation fee will be fully refunded to the participants within the specified periods.
4- Packages related to this service and organization can be purchased through the official website holidaytime4u.com and our customer service number. Participants confirm that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions at the time of booking and registration. holidaytime4u.com reserves the right to make changes to the contract terms without prior notice. Any changes and updates to the contract will also apply to registered participants who have not yet received the service.
5- Participants acknowledge and declare that the information provided during registration for the service is correct and valid unless otherwise notified in writing.
6- Failure to participate in one or more activities included in the service or organization due to any reason or the participant’s physical condition not being suitable does not entitle the participant to cancel or claim compensation, and it will not be considered as incomplete service.
7- In case the participant finds the service to be defective and decides to leave the service or organization for this reason, they must inform the guide or team leader in writing. Otherwise, the participant will not be considered to have left the service or organization, and it will be deemed that they have used the service. Additionally, if the participant complains about the service but continues to use it until the end, this will negate any rights to compensation or refund related to the complaint, and the participant will not be considered in good faith. The participant acknowledges that the program is an activity organization and accepts that it expects a certain level of comfort within the framework of an activity holiday.
8- Participants who register for the service through the website or our customer service number are considered to have given consent for promotional purposes via the contact information they provided. Unless individuals explicitly state otherwise, they are deemed to have given consent. The organization has the right to publish all photographs and videos taken during the camp on its website and social media channels. Participants can have their photographs removed by applying to the organization in writing and proving ownership.
9- Even if not signed by the participants, these contract terms, which are valid between the parties, have been learned through holidaytime4u.com and announcements, and the participants commit to participating in the service and organization based on these contract terms.
10- This contract consists of 10 articles. In case of disputes, the Muğla Fethiye Courts shall have jurisdiction, and the TÜRSAB Regulations will be applied for dispute resolution. Any complaints related to the dispute must be made within 15 days after the end of the organization. The agency’s records and minutes regarding the matter will be taken into consideration as evidence.
THE ABOVE PROVISIONS FORM THE CONTRACT TOGETHER WITH THE SERVICE AND ORGANIZATION DOCUMENT AND HAVE BEEN NEGOTIATED, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED BY THE PARTIES FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY.
